From the initial assessment your physiotherapist will discuss with you how you are moving and help you identify areas to work on and improve. With longer standing conditions we will be able to help you identify any habits which may have developed and can be altered to move forward again.

Home exercises
A home exercise program will be an important part of your therapy and may involve activities to move better, to strengthen weaker areas and to stretch. Part of the physiotherapist’s assessment and discussion with you will be about practical tasks and how supports and equipments may assist you to do them safely or more easily.
